Weather can affect outdoor work. If rain, high winds, or unsafe ground conditions force us to reschedule, we will call you promptly to pick a new date at no extra charge.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where work will be done. Please secure pets, unlock gates, and move vehicles, furniture, or valuables away from the work area before our crew arrives.

Please tell us about underground utilities, septic systems, invisible fences, irrigation lines, or any hazards on your property before work starts. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground items.

Payment terms are confirmed by phone when you book. We accept the payment methods discussed at booking time. Payment is due as agreed, typically on completion of the work.

If a payment issue arises, call us right away and we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

We carry out every job with professional care. However, outdoor work involves natural variables beyond our control, such as hidden root systems, soil conditions, and weather. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental issues such as temporary lawn stress after heavy work, which is a normal part of landscaping and tree projects and typically recovers with proper watering.
